Yingadi Aboriginal Corporation respectfully acknowledges we are on the sacred lands of Australia's First Peoples. We honour the past and present Aboriginal Liberators who laid the foundation for self determination and rights of Aboriginal Peoples. We honour the ancestors who carved our footprints in the sands of time and we thank them for the gift of our unique culture.
The Centre (when established) has as its genesis the Aboriginal Catholic Ministry for Victoria where for 20 years programmes of education, healing and spirituality have been successfully taken into the wider community, will enable it to build on these already proven programmes and to offer them on site, on Country; with in-kind support of ACMV personnel. It is important to note that while links will remain with the ACMV it will be a totally independent organisation.
